Guest Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 1 WEEK prior to arrival will not incur a charge. All bookings cancelled after 1 WEEK will be charged the full amount of the first nights’ accommodation to the credit card provided on booking. In the event of a non-arrival the credit card provided on booking will be charged in full.  All group bookings including wedding guests require a non-refundable £20 deposit person payable on booking.

Tour Group Booking Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel bookings 21 days prior to arrival will result in charge for full price of first night.  Payment Credit terms 30 days

Damage Policy

If you or other members of your group cause damage or loss of any kind to the hotel, other guests or their property or otherwise breech any of these terms and conditions you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible for that damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay Walsh's Hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss.  It is at the discretion of the management on arrival at the hotel to charge a refundable deposit of £200. The deposit will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the room after departure.

 The Management also have the right to refuse check-in to the hotel.
