What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I am so glad that I found this gorgeous place. Such a private peaceful pace down beside the river. The lodge Was so clean and tidy, a beautiful place to relax for a weekend. It had everything you needed and Of course the hottub was amazing. They even decorated for a birthday! Wendy and the people of Walsh’s hotel was so lovely and always checking in on us. We even got picked up at the lodge and brought to the hotel for our dinner reservation!! We couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

There was nothing we didnt like during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Wendy!!!! Loved Wendy!! She was sooo friendly, super helpful and was always on hand to help us out. Our lodge was immaculate with lots of little hidden extras. The hot tub was perfect!! The best way to relax! Xx

The WiFi dipped in and out which is to be expected with our location. But Wendy rebooted it on more than one occasion so we weren't too stuck without it.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The lodge was perfect, very well maintained, clean and contained everything we needed for our stay, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Wendy was lovely and so helpful. We had a great relaxing 2 night stay and will definitely be back.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
There is nothing we didn’t like about our stay. The only very minor issue we had was that the WiFi didn’t really work for our lodge, however we just brought a hdmi cable with us and linked up our MacBook using hotspot from our phone and it worked perfectly.

Great setting, peaceful and also close to the town

The lane leading to the pods is very rough at the beginning and wouldn't be suitable for some cars

The cabin were very clean and warm plenty of room and comfortable the hot tub were amazing first time in one loved the river and lights and outside fire Wendy were excellent hosts thank you

Location is perfect, hottub and cabin is fully private. Beautiful stay and greeted by a lovely lady. Loved our stay.

Beautiful accommodation, secluded and private. Very welcoming host. Felt like we were away on our own even though there were cabins nearby

Nothing - only minor gripe was that internet went down first night there. We had no mobile signal so couldn’t check in on our kids at home but that is a very minor gripe. Was sorted next morning.

This property was beautiful so clean everything there you needed so big and plenty of space had three double bedrooms all TV’s in them and a big massive tv in the living room as well. There was plenty of seating and the heating was great. The lady Wendy is amazing was always there to help left the grandkids plenty of toys put up a lovely wee tee pee for my granddaughter plus I gate crashed my daughters night away cause I wanted to see the place my daughter and her friend were meant to and stay in cabin 2 but I paid the extra and upgraded to cabin four which sleeps 6 the place is beautiful a bargain we got and we will definatly be back again soon

I loved it all totally amazing me Barbara fisher… the stay was meant to be for my daughter nicola she was just so dissapointed that me and the grandkids came and gate crashed her stay

this was my 3rd stay at the Mill Lodges but my first in the larger cabin. It is simply stunning! absolutely massive. 5 of us stayed. the beds are super comfortable and there us everything you need. the hotub is large, clean and private

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were very accommodating at initial booking stage. Wendy was extremely welcoming when we arrived and couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable and easy as possible. We have done a lot of these types of short stays over the years and this is definitely one of the most memorable ones in a positive way.

We had the best time for a girls night away for my sisters 50 th birthday. We met at the Hotel first for food the staff were so welcoming the food was top class The cabins were beautiful, lovely scenery and Wendy is the best so friendly and welcoming. I have stayed here before and will definitely be coming back.
